PEPPERJACK ENCHILADA

Grilled fajita chicken sautéed, bell peppers and onions, cheddar and pepper jack cheeses accompanied with a zesty avocado sauce.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS

Two eggs topped with ranchero sauce served with rice and beans and tortillas.
