Grilled chicken breast served in a poblano pepper sauce made with chocolate, sesame seeds and spices. Creating a traditional dark bittersweet sauce.

POLLO BORRACHO

Sliced chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, pecans and olive oil. Served on a wine, cilantro cream sauce and cotija cheese.

CARNE ASADA

Thin slices of skirt steak charbroiled and garnished with green onions and guacamole.

CARNE ASADA Y MAS

Combine your Carne Asada with choice of enchilada, chile rellano or burrito.

CANTINA STEAK

A flame-broiled NEW YORK strip steak topped with sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms.

FRONTERA NEW YORK STEAK WITH SHRIMP

New York strip steak flame broiled to your liking and three jumbo shrimp prepared in a garlic sauce or wrapped in bacon.

PORK CARNITAS

A traditional Mexican dish with pork. Cooked until very tender and served with rice and beans.
